Hello! from our Project Team at BoKlok on the Lake.

As we begin work on site, we wanted to provide you with an update on our Fulbeck Avenue scheme.

We are aware that new developments can cause disruption for nearby residents and we apprecaite your patience. Fortunately, approximately 85% of the building of BoKlok homes is done off-site, in a safe, dry environment in our factory. THat means the time we will be on-site in Worthing will be significantly shorter compared to a traditional developer's building time.

While we aim to do all we can to minimise disruption during our time on-site, please do not hesitate to contact us with any specific questions or concerns you may have.

Site safety

At BoKlok, safety is our top priority. Please keep in mind that a construction site can be a place of interest for small, curious children. Please talk to them and explain that the area is dangerous and should therefore be avoided. Please be aware of your surroundings and take note of any safety signage.

If you see any suspicious behaviour, vandalism or intruders to the site then please contact the police. We have surrounded our site with hoarding to ensure safe working and for your protection. Please do not enter the site.

Timeline for the coming months

Here's what to expect on site over the coming months:

October 2021

  • Enabling works across the whole of the site
  • Construction of the road network begins
  • Marketing and Sale suites put in place
  • Culvert (channel) installed over the wet ditch running through the centre of the site

November 2021

  • Attenuation tanks fitted - the tanks where water is stored beneath the ground - along with surface water and other drainage systems

Situated alongside Somerset Lake on Fulbeck Avenue, our new residential community is underway. The development will deliver a mixture of one and two-bedroom apartments, set among green open spaces.
