At BoKlok, we manufacture all of our homes using wood as the key material. It’s the most sustainable building material, with the lowest carbon emissions, compared to others.
For People and the Planet
We want to assist as many people as possible to live a sustainable life.
We want to challenge the construction industry and wider society by demonstrating that when it comes to the delivery of new homes, it is possible to combine sustainability and good quality with a price that many can afford.
Together with our employees, our owners (Skanska and IKEA), our partners and our customers, we want to support a more sustainable approach to both the construction of new homes and the way in which people live in them.
Our Commitment to Becoming Climate Neutral
At BoKlok we have set ourselves a goal that by 2030 we will have a completely climate neutral value chain, all the way from the trees in the forest to delivering our finished homes and beyond.
As part of our work to test sustainable solutions, we are building BoKlok Grönhult, an exciting pilot project where several new sustainable solutions will be tested and evaluated in practice.
