Our one and two-bedroom apartments are designed to offer flexible living spaces and good sized bedrooms that meet the needs of today’s home buyers.
Our one-bedroom apartments enjoy a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area, which spans the length of the apartment. Doors open direct from the living space onto a private balcony. Enjoy a light and generously proportioned bedroom, a good sized bathroom, plus the benefit of a bath.
We offer two styles of two-bedroom apartment. Type A offers an open plan kitchen/dining/living space, while Type B offers a little more distinction between the kitchen/eating area and the living space.
The open plan kitchen/living/dining area in this apartment opens onto its own private balcony, filing the room with light, while adding to the sense of space on offer here. Bedroom one enjoys the benefit of an en-suite, while the well-proportioned bedroom two, has access to a generous family bathroom, with bath.
The L-shaped living space of this apartment means that you can still enjoy an open plan feel, but there is a little more separation between the cooking and living spaces. The living area opens onto its own private balcony. Bedroom one has its own en-suite. The second bedroom has access to the family bathroom.
Floorplan measurements are taken from the architects drawings and may differ in the built property. Maximum dimensions may include sloping ceilings, pillars, window bays, fitted wardrobes and other features. Window placements may vary.
Floorplans and layouts should not therefore be used for purchasing items such as furniture.

How do I buy a home from you?
The first thing you need to do is find one of our developments, where you’d like to live and register your interest. Once you have registered your interest, one of our friendly team will be in touch to provide you with some more information about the homes we have available and to talk you through the buying process.
At BoKlok, we do things a little bit differently. When we are ready to launch our homes for sale, we open a ballot. Everyone who is interested and eligible to purchase one of our homes is invited to enter the ballot. We then draw the names and those who are successful are invited to attend our sales event, where they will have an opportunity to reserve one of our homes. You can read more about this process here.
