However, we are working actively so that everyone who works with us feels that they belong at BoKlok and are accepted and valued for who they, this includes the differences they bring to the team - our uniqueness is an asset that should always be valued.

Diversity is good for everyone. We've learned that diverse teams can deliver better outcomes - by voicing more ideas, thinking outside the box and really asking ourselves whether we have arrived at the best solution. In this way, our differences directly contribute to better outcomes for our customers.

We think it's important to upskill our leaders and teams on the inclusive habits we can use every single day and on how to create workplaces where everyone feels safe to share their voice.
