We’re on the lookout for land, to create top quality, sustainable housing developments.

The sort of site we’re interested in would be a minimum of 2 acres in size, because we like to build neighbourhoods of between 40 and 350 homes. We build both houses and apartments, to a maximum of 4 storeys.

Your land could either already have planning permission or not, be greenfield or brownfield, for immediate or strategic development. What matters is that it’s suitably located, and big enough for a BoKlok project. We can offer flexible deal structures, for land with a sales value of between £250 and £400 per square foot.

As part of Skanska and IKEA, BoKlok is a highly experienced, financially strong name that you can rely on in the housing business.

Our homes are completed off-site in a safe and dry factory environment using a smart and industrialised process. It is about high quality off-site manufacturing that allows us to assemble modules quickly in a sustainable environment, which we know that both employees and customers appreciate. Our costs are predictable and we are always working to get them lower.
