Meet Aaron
First time buyer Aaron had been looking for a new home in the Bristol area, when he discovered BoKlok on the Brook.
Aaron talks of his experience, searching for a new home:
“I had been looking for a new home in the area for a while. When I discovered the homes at BoKlok on the Brook, I felt that this was the right place for me. I knew that I wanted to use the Help to Buy scheme, so the fact that this was available was a big pull. Then, when I looked into the homes themselves, I was really impressed. The finish is of a really high standard and your appliances are included, which helps to cut down on upfront costs. All of the sustainability features are another added bonus and apartments are really spacious too - it feels like you get a lot for your money here.”
Being self-employed, the mortgage application process had additional complications, but the recommended mortgage brokers the New Homes Mortgage Helpline were really helpful and helped me to get a mortgage offer in place.
