Here’s an example of how the BoKlok Deposit Match works:



If you were looking to buy a £300,000 home with a £15,000 deposit (5% deposit), we could top up your deposit with an additional £15,000 (5% deposit), giving you a total deposit of £30,000. You would then need a 90% mortgage.

If you were looking to buy a £300,000 home with a 10% deposit (£30,000), we could top up your deposit with an additional £15,000 (5% deposit), giving you a total deposit of £45,000 You would then need an 85% mortgage.

It is important that you let the mortgage advisor know that you are interested in taking advantage of the BoKlok Deposit Match as they will be able to confirm your eligibility. They will also be able to factor in the BoKlok Deposit Match, when advising you of the most suitable mortgage product for you and your circumstances.
