We could help you to sell your current property so you can secure a new BoKlok home.

With Assisted Move, we can help to make the whole process of selling your existing home easier.

How does Assisted Move work?

  1. Select your new BoKlok home and then register with our Assisted Move service, via your sales advisor.
  2. We will arrange for up to three estate agents to value your existing property and agree a realistic selling price.
  3. Once you are happy, we will instruct the estate agent and deal with them on your behalf, throughout the marketing of your home.
  4. Once you have secured a buyer for your home, you can go ahead and reserve your new BoKlok home. Upon on legal completion, we will then pay your estate agent fees.

Frequenty Asked Questions

Do I have to accept a low offer?
No! Whether you accept an offer is entirely up to you. You can choose to withdraw from the scheme at any time. However, your new home may no-longer be reserved.

Does Assisted Move cost me anything?
No. We will pay all estate agent fees and marketing costs. You just pay the reservation fee for your new BoKlok home*.

Does BoKlok deal with all aspects of my property sale?
We will arrange for the estate agent(s) to value your property and agree a selling price. We will instruct the agent and deal with them on your behalf. Once a buyer for your home has been found, you can reserve your new BoKlok home. Upon legal completion, we will pay you estate agent fees*.

Will you hold my chosen plot ?
Yes. We will hold your chosen plot for an agreed time frame - typically four weeks.

What if my house doesn't sell?
If it hasn't sold within our agreed timeframe, we will reassess and make recommendations to you.

Is Assisted Move available on all your homes?
It's available on selected plots and developments.

Terms and conditions

  • This scheme is available on selected developments and plots only, subject to status and availability.
  • This scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other BoKlok scheme/offer.
  • Purchasers are required to meet the lender’s mortgage eligibility criteria.
  • BoKlok reserves the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee.
  • BoKlok will instruct local estate agent/s to undertake an independent valuation and to provide marketing advice for your current home, before we make you a proposal on a marketing price for your home. The realistic sale price may be lower than an initial marketing price and is based on a sale within a specified timescale fixed by us. You have the final say at the price at which the property is marketed, but Assisted Move will not be available if the price at which you wish to market your current home is higher than we think is realistic or the timescale is too long. You must agree:
    - No party is currently negotiating to purchase your current home
    - No introduction has already been made by another party
    - Not to instruct another estate agent to sell your current home
