We are strongly placed to unlock land for residential development and have the experience to handle all aspects of land development and construction. We always adopt a collaborative approach with all parties involved and pride ourselves on the relationships we have forged with local Planning Authorities.
We welcome inquiries from private landowners, agents or any other prospective partners who have land to sell.
Our requirements:
- A minimum of 2 acres in size
- Located close to good transport links, amenities and facilities
- Greenfield or brownfield
- With or without planning permission
- Sites within West Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, East Sussex
- 40 – 100 homes (open to partner on larger sites)

Unfortunately not. We are not able to deliver single/a small number of dwellings for a private individual.
